Boys fishing in a bayou

Thanks to Jeanne I have discovered a great women photographer, Marion Post
Wolcott. There are so many pictures to find by her and I love them all. This
colour picture is pure magic. -urbano

So, how long will it take?

So, how long will it take?
How many years,
how many hours
how many seconds,
to get an insight,
to understand,
something as simple
as time?

I can hear the passing of it tonight,
In my room. In my garden.
The pendulum swinging back and forth.
Making patterns in my mind.
I can feel the sand running through my fingers
Making piles of experience at my feet.
Adding an extra second,
an extra hour
an extra year
to my life.
But understand it
I cannot.

Not yet.

who needs a looooooong lens?

If I had one of those monster guismo quadro canonlike monsterlenses I probably could convince you that this is a seaeagle lurking in that tree...
Now I don't, so I won't even try...
It's merely a landscape, with an undefined blump up in the branches...If you think it is a owl or a sparrow, it is totally OK with me...
